This quaint, 11 room inn is located in the town of Telluride, quietly situated along the San Miguel River. The location is ideal for both summer and winter guests being close to Town Park, Main Street and ski lifts. The Manitou Lodge Bed and Breakfast offers a free continental breakfast during the summer and winter seasons, a common hot tub directly next to the river, free HBO and wireless Internet service. Nestled in a box canyon surrounded by majestic 13,000-foot peaks of the San Juan Mountains, Telluride is a beautiful outdoor recreation area in winter and summer. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in location is at the Aspen Street Inn Bed & Breakfast - 330 W Pacific Ave. The front desk is open from 8am-6pm during regular season with shortened hours during off-season. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. If you arrive after the office has closed for the day, you will find a key packet with your name on it inside the lock box located next to the front door. Packet will contain map, keys for your unit and parking permit. For after-hours emergencies, please contact the manager on duty at 970-708-2407. The 20.4 percent tax allocated breakdown is as follows- 12.4 percent city and 8 percent reservation processing fee.
